Abstract
Varicoceles are a common cause of male infertility. The incidence of varicoceles at puberty is approximately 16 percent, but in prepubertal males, they are rare. We present a case of a varicocele in a 1½-year-old male and discuss whether early recognition and surgical correction may preserve male fertility potential. Keywords
