Abstract
The antisera for chemically specific antigens, which contain C-terminal amino acids or peptides of the tobacco mosaic virus (TMV) strains dahlemense or vulgare, react better with the virus which has the homologous amino acid sequence. The equally strong reaction of the antiserum toward the peptide proline-alanine-serinehydroxyl with TMV vulgare and dahlmense is an exception, the cause of which is not explained. This publication has 2 references indexed in Scilit:
