Abstract
Several peptides of O-pyrophosphoryl-serine were prepared. They were hydrolyzed to orthophosphate and O-phosphoryl-serine peptides by crystalline inorganic yeast pyrophosphatase in the presence of Zn2+. The stability of L-leucyl-(O-pyrophosphoryl)-L-serine at different pH was studied. This publication has 11 references indexed in Scilit:
