Abstract
The paper describes a series of observations made in a well-built room in south-west Persia. A study was made of conditions of temperature and humidity in the room, and between the clothes and the body. Observations were made in the cold and the hot seasons. In spite of the great contrast which prevailed in the room at these two seasons, there was very little difference on the surface of the body. The observations are consistent with those published by Mellanby, who worked under a wide range of artificially produced climatic conditions. Keywords
