Abstract
The methylarylhalogenophosphate-pyridine-1,5-dimethyltetrazole system permits the introduction of the arylphosphodiester group either in the 3′ or in 5′ position of a deoxynucleoside or of a nucleotide carrying sensitive protecting groups such as the dimethoxytrityl and β-cyanoethyl groups. Le système méthylarylhalogénophosphate-pyridine-1,5-diméthyltétrazole permet d'introduire en une étape le groupe arylphosphodiester soit en 3′ soit en 5′ d'un désoxynucléoside ou d'un nucléotide porteur de groupements protecteurs sensibles en milieu acide et basique.Keywords
