Abstract
Problems including the frequencies to be tested and the reference level to be used in identification audiometry are discussed. Five test frequencies, 500, 1, 000, 2, 000, 4, 000, and 6, 000 cps are recommended. A 20-dB screening level re 1964 ISO is also recommended. It is pointed out that American Academy of Ophthalmology and Otolaryngology Committee on Conservation of Hearing has as yet made no recommendation regarding to a screening level for indenification audiometry. This publication has 0 references indexed in Scilit:
