Low-lying levels ofTc98

Abstract
The levels of Tc98 have been investigated through the Mo98(p,nγ)Tc98 reaction with detection of the γ rays. Excitation functions and γγ coincidence spectra were used in determining the energies of the levels. A pulsed beam was used in obtaining the spectrum of the delayed radiation from the 14.6-μsec isomeric level. Thirty-four γ rays have been assigned to twenty-three excited levels of Tc98.
