Abstract
Three successive pregnancies of a couple at risk for infantile polycystic kidney disease were evaluated by sequential ultrasound examinations to attempt prenatal diagnosis of the disorder. The gestational age at which renal sonographic changes were noted varied from 20 to 34 weeks and resulted in both false‐positive and false‐negative diagnoses.Keywords
