Prostaglandin F2α als Bronchokonstriktor

Abstract
Inhalation of prostaglandine F2α increases the sensitivity of the bronchial tree on dogs. This increased sensitivity against acetylcholine is probably caused by an increase of the sensitivity of the sensory receptors in the bronchial wall. Glucocorticosteroids do not avoid this effect of prostaglandine F2α. The pressure in the A. pulmonalis was more increased than the arterial hypoxaemia could cause. The heart rate decrease during the experiments constantly, what we have not seen in other experiments
