Abstract
Approximate equations for steady-state space-charge-limited current-voltage dependences in one-dimensional insulators are derived. It is demonstrated that-contrary to the situation in three-dimensional systems-the trap-filled limit should be observed as a decrease of the power in a j varies as Vn dependence. Keywords
