Abstract
The dielectric constants of mixtures of water and acetic acid, of chloroform and acetic acid, and of water, chloroform, and acetic acid have been determined at 25 °C, over a range of concentrations. The apparent molar polarizations, but not the dipole moments, of acetic acid have been calculated and the results interpreted in the light of an assumed structure of the mixtures. Keywords
