Abstract
The authors describe a Chinese girl with myasthenia gravis and progressive dystonia with marked diurnal fluctuation. A combination of L-dopa and pyridostigmine therapy resulted in control of the myasthenic symptoms and disappearance of the dystonia.Keywords
