Abstract
A miniature micromanipulator is described which facilitates placement of glass electrodes for recording single-cell potentials from the dog heart in situ. This instrument provides significantly increased stability and control of impalement. Another substantial advantage is the ability to record from varying depths within the myocardial wall, a feature heretofore not commonly available. Details of construction and typical recordings are presented. This publication has 1 reference indexed in Scilit:
