Abstract
A case of a large aneurysm of the left posterior inferior cerebellar artery (PICA) is presented. The ectasia of the PICA was excised, and the artery was reconstructed by end-to-end suture. The PICA proved to be patent. The patient had neither pre- nor postoperative neurological deficit. Keywords
