Abstract
The method of Anson and Mirsky (J. Gen. Physiol. 16, 59, 1932) was modified by using dried serum or plasma protein as substrate and phenol for the color standard. The method allows the comparison of peptic activity in different laboratories without a standard pepsin. This publication has 2 references indexed in Scilit:
