Abstract
Summary form only given. We have demonstrated an all-optical routing node for wavelength-routed networks. Subcarrier-header coded packets are correctly routed to a local host or converted to one of four wavelengths and routed to a waveguide array WDM device. Wavelength conversion at the packet rate of both 622 Mbps payload and 103 Mbps subcarrier multiplexed header at 3.9 GHz to four wavelengths is demonstrated. Keywords
