Abstract
In stereoscopic magnification radiography, the magnification factor and depth of a given point can be determined by measuring the distance between the 2 images of that point on a pair of stereoscopic radiographs. The true size of a structure or lesion adjacent to this point can then be calculated and, in turn, used to determined the distance between 2 given points and the diameter of a lesion. This can be particularly useful in cerebral angiography. This publication has 2 references indexed in Scilit:
