Abstract
A laboratory-made micro-capillary pipette measures very accurately quantities of the order 1/75 cc. With this pipette, the methods for the micro-estimation of Fe and Cl on 0.2 cc. of blood and other liquids have been applied to quantities of 0.01-0.02 cc. with no loss of accuracy. Both methods are rapid, and the general principle may be extended to other analytical methods. This publication has 2 references indexed in Scilit:
