Abstract
This paper describes the application of different models which can be used for short-term load prediction. Seperately the nominal, weather-sensitive and residual components of the load will be predicted. Because the time series of the residuals can be consi- dered as a stationary process, the Box-Jenkins approach is used to predict the residuals. As the nominal load model uses recent load data, a special approach is ne- cessary to process weather information. Keywords
