Abstract
We report on a woman, her mother and her mother's cousin who had papillary transitional cell carcinoma of the ureter associated with other cancers of the genitourinary tract. Neoplasms in these family members may be due to interactions between host susceptibility factors and exposure to environmental carcinogens. Studies of peripheral blood karyotype and urine mutagenic activity yielded normal results. Keywords
