Abstract
A 23‐year‐old man with a 3‐month history of hoarseness was found to have a polypoid histiocytic lymphoma arising from the anterior commissure and the adjacent epiglottis. Work‐ups including a staging laparotomy were negative. Irradiation of 4,400 rads to the larynx was given. The patient was disease‐free 3 1/2 years after diagnosis. Keywords
