Abstract
Cocaine and five of its metabolites were detected in an alkaline extraction of human bile by gas chromatography and were identified by gas chromatography/mass spectrometry. Among the metabolites identified were benzoylecgonine, hydroxycocaine, methylecgonidine, methylecgonine, and norcocaine. Very little information has appeared until now regarding methylecgonidine, methylecgonine, and hydroxycocaine. This publication has 2 references indexed in Scilit:
