Abstract
A novel modified nucleoside located in the first position of the anticodon of yeast tRNA2aVal was isolated and its chemical structure was characterized as 5-carbamoyl-methyluridine by means of ultraviolet absorption spectrum, mass spectrum, and nuclear magnetic resonance spectrum. This publication has 3 references indexed in Scilit:
