Abstract
Polvikoski et al. (Nov. 9 issue)1 have convincingly demonstrated that there is a greater accumulation of β-amyloid protein in the brain and more neurofibrillary tangles in elderly Finnish subjects with the ε4 allele of apolipoprotein E than in those without it.Keywords
