Abstract
Pinto bean leaf homogenates were analyzed by high resolution zone velocity sedimentation analysis. Results indicated the presence of cytoplasmic polysomes composed of 80S monomers and chloroplast polysomes composed of 70S ribosomes, the chloroplast polysomes being indistinguishable from 70S bacterial rRNA.Keywords
