Abstract
The case of a 73 yr old woman with hydrosyringomyelia associated with a lower thoracic meningioma is reported. Possible mechanisms for the formation of the hydrosyrinx are discussed particularly the possibility of transmural passage of CSF into the central canal. This publication has 10 references indexed in Scilit:
