Abstract
The approach to terminal switching equipment herein described presents a new concept for higher voltage switchgear. It is believed that this concept, while not confined to higher voltages alone, will provide all the functional advantages of conventional switching equipments along with great economies in space and cost. At the same time, it should result in increased safety and decreased maintenance. Keywords
