Abstract
Under irradiation with X-rays at low temperatures KMgF3 emits a broad band peaking at 340 nm. This luminescence shows magnetic circular polarization with a resonance in low magnetic field. The magnetic properties of the emitted light are used to detect EPR in an excited 3 Sigma state contributing to the emission. Keywords
