Abstract
The value of ICU treatment in the management of septic abortion has been assessed. Of patients subjected to hysterectomy, the mortality is now 20%, as opposed to 37% prior to the advent of ICU. It would therefore appear that these patients can benefit from intensive nursing and medical attention. Keywords
