Abstract
A considerable incorporation of [1-14C]isopentenyl diphosphate into chlorophyll in chromoplast preparations from daffodil flowers (Narcissus pseudonarcissus L.) was observed when exogenous chlorophyllide a was added. The enzyme chlorophyll synthetase showed properties of a peripheral membrane protein. Keywords
