Abstract
The molecular weight of ovine luteinizing hormone and of its 2 subunits has been determined by SDS polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. In this system, the apparent molecular weight of LH is 34,350. When LH is reduced and alkylated, the apparent molecular weight of LHa is 18,750 and that of LHP 16,000. (Endocrinology90: 1101, 1972)Keywords
