Abstract
The haemoproteids of the avian families Apodidae (swifts), Bucconidae (puffbirds), and Indicatoridae (honeyguides) are examined. Haemoproteus apodus n. sp., H. bucconis n. sp., and H. indicator n. sp. are described and represent the first named haemoproteids from these families.This publication has 7 references indexed in Scilit:
