Abstract
Reassessment of the cytogenetics of a patient previously karyotyped as del(15)(q22) demonstrates the presence of a balanced translocation, t(4;16)(q35;q22.1). This patient should not be included in any future comparison involving the clinical features of patients with deletions of the long arm of chromosome 16.Keywords
