Abstract
An AV universal (DDD) pacemaker-mediated, reentrant, endless loop tachycardia initiated by a reciprocal beat is described. Pacemaker-mediated tachycardias are discussed and addressed in the light of their growing frequency and importance in patients with physiological pacemakers.Keywords
