Abstract
SUMMARY The yellow flavonol glycosides were isolated from cranberries (Vaccinium macrocarpon, Ait.) and identified by chromatographic, chemical, and spectral studies. The major pigment was quercetin‐3‐galactoside, followed by quercetin‐3‐hamnoside, quercetin‐3‐arabinoside, quercetin, myri‐cetin‐3.arabinoside, and myricetin‐3‐digalactoside.This publication has 10 references indexed in Scilit:
