Abstract
Debye's equation for the alternating potential which should accompany the passage of ultrasonic waves through an electrolytic solution is modified and extended by the addition of terms representing corrections for relaxation forces, electrophoretic effects, thermal diffusion, and the pressure gradient associated with the material wave.Keywords
