Abstract
Psychotic patients (13) were described who had Capgras syndrome. Only 4 patients had evidence of organicity. Capgras syndrome occurs equally in functional psychosis and in the presence of organicity; it is recommended that the presence or absence of organicity be determined in every patient with Capgras syndrome. This publication has 12 references indexed in Scilit:
