Photoionization of the excited 3pstate of nitrogen

Abstract

Calculations of the photoelectron angular distribution resulting from N 3p photoionization are compared with experiments at a single energy and reasonably good agreement is found. The energy dependence of the angular distribution and the cross section are discussed.
