Abstract
An antigen prepd. from chick embryo cultures of Borrelia duttoni forms the basis for a complement-fixation test seemingly highly sensitive to the presence of relapsing fever organisms. After further study, this test may come to have the same sort of diagnostic value now attached to the Wassermann test for syphilis. Keywords
