Abstract
From a retroactive data analysis, we obtain the first upper bound on the ‖ΔL‖=2 kaon decay → : B( → )<1.5×. We also discuss → and ‖ΔL‖=2 decays of D and B mesons. We suggest experiments which can improve our limit and discuss the connection with direct searches for heavy neutrinos in decay.
