Abstract
Tuberculosis in adolescents has de clined in recent years, concurrent with the decrease in tuberculosis in the world pop ulation as a whole. Nevertheless tubercu losis still remains an important cause of death in this age group and poses special problems in diagnosis and treatment.Keywords
