Abstract
Transmissible enteritis may be reproduced by the inoculation of Vibrio spp. cultures via the oral, intravenous, intraperltoneal, or yolk sac routes. Following initiation of the disease by oral, intravenous, or intraperltoneal routes of inoculation, transmission can be accomplished with intestinal suspensions from affected poults. Reproduction of the disease by the intraperltoneal route is aided by the use of 2 [degree] gastric mucin as a suspending medium. This publication has 3 references indexed in Scilit:
