Aspects of Occupational Therapy with Handicapped Children in the Community

Abstract
This article describes the work of two Occupational Therapists in North London. They see handicapped children of various ages and their families at homes, nurseries, schools and at a Toy Library. They describe briefly their assessments and treatment methods and illustrate some of the remedial programmes in the appendices. They also show how they work with other disciplines and parents.
