Abstract
The simultaneous analysis of norepinephrine, dopamine and serotonin along with their respective metabolites, MHPG, DOPAC and 5HIAA is accomplished in rat brain by using a recently developed HPLC technique. Sulfated MHPG is decongegated with sulfatase for detection purposes and endogenous ascorbate is diminished with ascorbate oxidase to reduce the front. Keywords
