Abstract
Presentation of CaseA 64-year-old woman was admitted to the hospital because of hematemesis.She was well until 10 years previously, when she began to experience intermittent postprandial epigastric pain, without radiation to the back or the shoulder; the pain was often provoked by ingestion of fatty foods and was not relieved by antacids. She passed clay-colored stools on several occasions, but there was no history of jaundice, chills or fever. Two years before admission she was seen in the Medical Clinic, where examination revealed a blood pressure of 180/100 and marked obesity. The abdominal examination was negative. An oral . . .Keywords
