Photoproduction with Linearly Polarized Photons as a Test for Cuts in the Angular Momentum Plane

Abstract
We propose here two simple experimental tests for Regge cuts. They consist of looking at for the reactions and as a function of and for fixed , where is the angle the polarization vector makes with the scattering plane. The behavior of at determines whether cuts are present or not.
