Abstract
Presentation of CaseA nineteen-year-old boy was admitted to the hospital because of difficulty in urination.Three months before entry he began to notice an "itch" in the anus that gradually changed to a dull ache "inside," above the anus and to the left. This pain was worse on bending over. It finally became so severe that he was unable to lie on his back. One month later, while at work, he had a sudden episode of dizziness and "pins-and-needles" sensation all over.
