Abstract
The "lazy-T" technique consists of a surgical horizontal and vertical shortening of the involved portion of the lower eyelid. As a result of the surgical procedure, the lid margin is restored to its normal relationship with the globe. The punctum is reestablished into its normal anatomical position in the proximity of the lacrimal lake. The cosmetic blemish resulting from the surgical scar is insignificant. Keywords
