Abstract
A patient with scleroderma renal disease and pulmonary hypertension who had a successful pregnancy with the use of angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitors is presented. The routine use of these inhibitors during pregnancy is not recommended, however, owing to the reported potential risks to the fetus. Keywords
