Abstract
Experiments with (3R)- and (3S)-[3-3H; U-14C]-O-phospho-L-homoserine, (1a) and (1b), show that the conversion into L-threonine (2) effected by yeast enzyme proceeds with loss of the 3-pro-S and retention of the 3-pro-R hydrogen atoms. This publication has 2 references indexed in Scilit:
